Concluding Observation Committee on Economic Social and Cultural Rights E/C.12/IRN/CO/2 para 5 Full recommendation: The Committee recommends that the State party take steps to establish an independent national human rights institution with a broad human rights mandate, including for economic, social and cultural rights, in line with the Paris Principles, and provide it with adequate human and financial resources.
